About Us

Kenai River Hale is owned by a group of avid fishermen (two men and a woman) who have been fishing the Kenai River for sockeye salmon since 1998. They stayed at the Funny Moose Lodge until the proprietor retired. To continue fishing the majestic and abundant waters of Alaska, the group built three cabins on their Binkley Circle property in 2015.

The group is from Hawaii and named the triplex Kenai River Hale. Hale is the Hawaiian word for house. It is their home away from home to enjoy the beauty and bounty of the last frontier.
